Care options matched around your life, not just a timetable.
Every family is different, and so is every relationship with care. We help you explore support around practical needs, routines and location, while also considering personality, communication style, preferences and the kind of carer your loved one is most likely to feel comfortable with.
Live-in Care
Ongoing support from a carer who lives in the home, helping your loved one stay independent while building a familiar, reassuring relationship.

How it works
A more personal way to find care.
Finding care is not only about availability. It is about understanding the person, the home, the family and the kind of relationship that will help everyone feel confident.
Tell us what matters
We listen to the practical care needs, daily routines, personality, communication style and preferences that will shape the right match.
We explore suitable carers
We look for self-employed carers whose experience, approach and manner feel compatible, not just those who are available on paper.
You choose the right fit
Families stay in control. We help you compare options, ask the right questions and move forward when the match feels right.
Care should feel personal, familiar and built around trust.
That is why matching matters.
My Life My Care was created to make the search for home care feel clearer, warmer and more human. Families often know what help is needed, but it can be harder to know who will feel right in the home.
Our role is to help you think through both sides of the match: the care tasks and the relationship. That means looking at experience and availability, but also personality, pace, communication style, shared preferences and the small details that help someone feel at ease.

Questions families ask
Frequently asked questions.
These short answers help families understand the introductory care model before getting in touch.
Is My Life My Care a care agency?
No. My Life My Care is an introductory service. We help families explore and connect with self-employed carers, while families make their own arrangement directly with the carer they choose.
How quickly can you help?
If care is urgent, we will prioritise the enquiry and talk you through the quickest realistic next step. Depending on the type of support needed, location and carer availability, introductions can sometimes be explored within 48 hours or within a few days. Where the situation is more complex, we will be clear about likely timescales and what information is needed to move things forward safely.
Do you offer live-in, overnight and hourly care?
Yes. We can help families explore live-in care, overnight care and visiting care. Visiting care is often referred to as hourly care, but the language has been softened because families tend to understand it as flexible care visits at home.
What makes a good carer match?
A good match considers skills and availability, but also personality, communication style, confidence, routines, shared expectations and the way the person receiving care prefers to be supported.
