10+ years' experience

Founder-led guidance shaped by healthcare and care-sector experience.

Personal matching

Thoughtful introductions shaped around care needs, personality, routines and communication style.

Clear next steps

A calm introductory process, explained clearly before you decide.

Support that fits

Not sure where to start? That's completely normal.

Finding care can feel overwhelming, especially if this is your first time looking. You want your loved one to be safe, supported and treated with dignity, while keeping the routines, memories and independence that make home feel like home.

My Life My Care helps make the next step clearer. We talk through what is needed, explain the introductory care model and help you explore suitable self-employed carers without pressure.

Care options

Care options matched around your life, not just a timetable.

Every family is different, and the right care should feel like it belongs in real life, not just on a timetable. We help you explore support around your loved one’s needs, routines, preferences and personality, so the match feels comfortable as well as practical.

Live-in Care

Ongoing support from a carer who lives in the home, helping your loved one stay safer, more comfortable and surrounded by familiar routines.

Overnight Care

Reassurance and practical help through the night, giving families peace of mind when evenings or early mornings feel more difficult.

Visiting Care

Flexible visits, often called hourly care, for companionship, personal routines, practical tasks and everyday support arranged around your day.

Other care options we can help you explore

If your situation does not fit neatly into one category, we can still talk it through and help you consider what type of support may work best.

How we help

How our carer-finding process works.

Meaningful care begins with personal connection. We take time to understand the person, the home, the family and the small details that matter, so introductions feel thoughtful rather than transactional.

1

Tell us what matters

Share the care needs, daily routines, personality, communication style and preferences that will shape the right match.

2

We explore suitable self-employed carers

We introduce suitable self-employed carers whose experience, approach, personality and manner feel compatible, so real relationships have the best chance to grow.

3

You choose the right fit

Your family stays involved in comparing options, asking the right questions and moving forward when the match feels right.

Approved carers

Only carers who meet the My Life My Care standard are introduced.

Before we suggest a self-employed carer, we review key checks, experience and suitability so families can take the next step with more confidence.

Founder-led care matching

A personal approach from Sami Manton.

My Life My Care is led by Sami Manton, who brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience across recruitment, training, domiciliary care, care homes and team management.

Sami understands that care is never just a practical decision. It affects independence, family confidence and the feeling of home. That is why My Life My Care focuses on calm guidance, clear introductions and care options shaped around the person, not just the task.

We do not assign carers. We introduce people thoughtfully, so families can choose the person who feels right for their loved one and their home.
